Thank you for selecting the Visiblo Theme for your WordPress project! We appreciate your choice. This document is designed to assist you in getting started with your new WordPress Theme. It provides guidance on the initial installation process, creating your own pages, exploring portfolio views, and utilizing other included features.

The first point that we must talk about is ‘how to install’ any WordPress Theme.

Installing The Theme

  • Runing the installer : Installing the theme using the WordPress Theme Installer is really easy.
  • Log into your WordPress Dashboard → Appearance → Themes
  • Here notice the tab at the top side → Install Themes You must click on “Upload”.
  • Now you must choose the zip file you will find within the whole package that you downloaded from Themforest.
  • Theme folder → “visiblo.zip” file.
  • The last step is clicking “Activate” once all the files are correctly uploaded.

Install plugins

  • Step 1: After you activate the theme, you will see a sub-menu named “Install Plugins” inside of the Appearance menu.
  • Step 2: Click on Install Plugins
  • Step 3: Install and activate all plugins

Demo Content

One Click Demo Import

Once you activate the theme, a screen will appear to assist you in configuring the demo content. This allows you to begin customizing your website from a specific starting point. It’s always helpful to have some pre-existing content as a foundation when starting out. The one-click installation process essentially follows these steps:

  • Step 1: Once you’ve activated the theme and installed the plugins, a submenu labeled “Import Demo Data” will appear below the “Appearance” menu on the WordPress Admin Dashboard. Click on this submenu.
  • Step 2: Choose the demo you’d like to install and click the “import” button located below it.
  • Step 3: Patience is key. Wait for a couple of minutes, and the process will be completed.

After the installation concludes, all pages, portfolios, and posts will be accurately imported, and menus and pages will be configured.

If you want to install demo content manually please follow these steps below;

After you download theme files you will see a folder named “Demo Content”, this folder contains an .xml file “visiblo.xml” to install demo content follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Navigate Tools > Import in your WordPress admin dashboard.
  • Step 2: Click on WordPress > Install Now
  • Step 3: After plugin installation complete click on Run Importer
  • Step 4: Click on Choose File and choose .xml file you want to import.
  • Step 5: Click on Choose File and choose flen.xml file.
  • Step 6: Click on Upload file and import.
02 HOW TO CUSTOMIZE

Adding Content

Adding your content is really simple and easy with elementor page builder and all the options that the theme has to offer. Just make sure that you take your time to carefully explore all the settings that can be changed and learn how to create some amazing layouts in order to impress your users.

Setting Up the Home Page

To set up your homepage, you first need to create a basic page, or any page template (about page templates later). Once you have decided which page you want to use, go to Settings > Reading and in the ‘Front page’ choose ‘A static page’.

This theme works best with this setup. Hit “Save Changes” and you’re done.

Also, please don’t select anything for your Posts page, otherwise your blog will not work.

Next step, you should make sure that your permalinks look pretty. For this, please go to Settings > Permalinks, choose the Custom Structure, and use this: /%category%/%postname%/
