Click the template link from your Etsy PDF
Log into your Canva account (or sign up free)
Click “Use Template” to make your own editable copy
Click on any text box
Start typing to change the name, date, or location
Use the top toolbar to adjust font, size, spacing, or alignment
Click the element you want to recolor (text, shape, etc.)
In the top bar, click the color square
Choose a color or enter your custom hex code
Scroll to the page or section you want to change
Click it in the sidebar (on the left)
Hit Delete to remove, or drag & drop to reorder
💡 Keep things clean by using 1–2 fonts max and soft, matching tones. Less is more!
Click on the existing image
In Canva’s left menu: Uploads → Upload files
Drag your own photo over the old one
If it doesn’t fit: right click → Replace Background
💡 Use high-resolution, portrait-oriented images when possible.
It will open on Tally.so (you can use a free account)
Click the button “Use this template” in the top right corner
Log in or create a free Tally account if prompted
Make it match your event’s vibe!
Click “Publish” (top right corner)
Copy the public form link (you’ll use it in the next step)
Open your website template in Canva
Scroll to the RSVP section
Click on the RSVP button or text (usually says “RSVP Now”)
With the button selected, look at the top menu bar
Click the 🔗 chain icon (says “Link”)
Paste your published Tally.so form link
Press Enter
💡 Now when someone clicks that button on your live site, they’ll be taken to your RSVP form!
📌 Tip: Make sure your Tally form is set to “Anyone with the link can view” (default after publishing)

In Canva, click “Share” → “More” → “Website”
Choose Scrolling or Presentation view
Hit “Publish” – your link will look like yourname.my.canva.site
